Stephanie Kroger is Senior Vice President for Regulatory and Business Development with Hunt Energy Network, L.L.C. Stephanie is an energy attorney with over 30 years of experience in the Texas electric market.    She is responsible for HEN’s regulatory compliance program and regulatory advocacy before ERCOT and the Texas Public Utility Commission.   Ms. Kroger also utilizes her deep knowledge of the ERCOT market to identify and develop new business opportunities for HEN, including working with commercial and industrial customers to utilize onsite generation for resiliency and market participation.  

Stephanie was deeply involved in the creation of the competitive retail market in ERCOT, representing industrial and commercial customers at the Texas Legislature and Texas PUC.  Prior to joining HEN, she was an attorney with Andrews Kurth LLP and Eversheds Sutherland LLP where she represented a large variety of clients including retail customers, renewable developers, lenders and equity investors, electric utilities, power marketers, and retail electric providers in both transactional and regulatory matters.  Stephanie received her BA from Coe College in Cedar Rapids, Iowa and her JD from Columbia University.  She lives in Dallas.
